"What's YOUR choice for the best EFT Training?"
"The best EFT Training?" That's I question I've been asked a lot. You see, I've undergone just about every kind of EFT training you can get.
You can get EFT training from a book, you can get EFT training from a video and you can get your EFT by workshop,
but there are several EFT books, lots of EFT videos and tons of EFT workshops! So how on earth do you choose the best EFT training for YOU?
In truth, although you will probably have a favoured learning style, the best way to learn is a combination of all three EFT training methods.
Perhaps you have just discovered EFT and and are excited to learn how to use it for self-help and personal development?
Maybe you are already a highly experienced therapist or mental health professional, and are keen to add EFT to your portfolio of therapy tools?
Whatever your reasons for wanting to know more, you will want to be sure that your EFT education is based on Gary Craig's original teaching. So how do you ensure this?
Well, let me briefly introduce myself and then read on......
Hello! - I'm Helen Walker | My name is Helen Walker and I am passionate about EFT.
I have attended many EFT workshops delivered by a variety of EFT teachers, including Gary Craig, the founder of EFT.
I have also taught EFT in the UK, Europe and the USA, and have presented at two international EFT Masterclasses.
As an EFT trainer, my sole intention is to help you to be the best EFT practitioner you can possibly be.
So, let's start at the very beginning. If you haven't done so already, you need to download Gary Craig's free EFT manual.
The free EFT manual is phenomenal and contains enough information to have you successfully using EFT in no time at all!
Click on the link below. This will open a separate web page where you can download the manual, and/or take advantage of other options such as signing up for the regular EFT newsletter or watching a short EFT video.
Although you will gain much from the manual, serious students will want to use it in conjunction with Gary Craig's EFT Training DVDs.

There are three EFT DVD sets containing hours of teaching from Gary Craig himself.
The EFT DVDs act as a fantastic aid to memory and can be revisited again and again.
There is no need to buy the EFT DVDs in order to learn the basics of EFT.
However, if you are an enthusiastic newcomer, I would strongly urge you to consider getting at least the EFT Foundational Library.
Dedicated students will, naturally, want to acquire the full set of EFT DVDs in due course.

Some people enjoy learning from a book or a video, (I'm one of them!), but many people don't and prefer to get hands-on experience first and foremost.

If this is you, I would ask you to reconsider with regard to your EFT training.
If you attend an EFT workshop having previously read the free EFT Manual and/or studied Gary Craig's EFT DVD sets, you will be able to get the maximum from your EFT training experience. Why?
Well, both the manual and the DVD will prompt lots of questions from anyone who is keen and determined to learn everything they can about EFT.
Use the workshop to ask your trainer any questions that have arisen from your study.
Your trainer should be able to answer all of your queries or be able to point you in the right direction to find the answers.

Download the free EFT manual now and consider buying the EFT DVDS before you do anything else. Learn EFT from Gary Craig in the first instance in order to maximise the benefit you gain from attending an EFT workshop.
Having studied with Gary, shop around and look for someone whose EFT workshop will meet your needs.
Take your time and find the trainer who is right for you before you commit to spending your hard-earned cash! :-)
